$250 and a signed contract is needed to reserve the property. $650 Cleaning Fee is waived for all rentals greater than or equal to 7 nights. Optional Pool heat is $50/day. 1/2 of rental payment including Florida Bed Tax of 11% is due 6 months prior to check-in and the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.  Once final payment is received, all check in information is provided. Credit card number on file is required for security deposit.  Card willl only be charged if damages occur.
