Also located on this floor are laundry facilities, a shared bathroom with shower and double vanity and laundry closet. Pool access is from this floor through the screened porch.
The second floor has a large open family room, gourmet kitchen and dinning room which opens up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and breathtaking emerald coast. This level contains 3 bedrooms; two with queen beds and the third with two sets of bunks.
The third floor features 3 master bedrooms with king sized beds and large private baths. The main master bedroom opens to the large 3rd floor balcony and contains a sleeper sofa and spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and large shower.
